I got 3XL and was worried the waist was going to be too loose. They actually hug very comfortably without tightening it. Colors and design are pretty cool. Zippers on both pockets.

I ordered these for my teenage son. He’s been wearing them for about 6 weeks now and he’s pretty happy with them. He says they’re quite comfortable (and evidence suggests that’s true as he’s been wearing them nearly every day of summer vacation), but that he doesn’t like the pockets.
His complaints about the pockets are that they are too small and that the zippers are very unreliable. I’ve watched his phone fall out of what appeared to be a previously zipped pocket when he sits down and the phone presses against the zipped seam.
All in all, I would recommend the shorts, particularly for the price, but be wary of the pockets. Don’t count on the reliability of the zipper.

These are cheaply made and the zippers are very weak. The zipper split upon first use after zipping up the right pocket. I was hoping the zippers would be more reliable as I am prone to losing things out of my pockets. These are still lightweight and feel like they would dry quickly if you are sweating at the gym or working in the yard. Just don’t rely on the zippers to hold anything valuable in your pockets. Otherwise decent gym shorts for the price.

Likes:
I like the length. They are just to the knee, or slightly below. and they are pretty loose in the leg, which gives me freedom to move about. I like them a bit long, since i play pickleball outside in the sun, and these help block the sun.
zipper: I like the zipper, so i can put my cell phone in one pocket and my wallet in the other, and not worry about either dropping out. the pockets are easily large enough for a cell phone.
Inside Ties: I like the ties that are on the INSIDE of the pants. my other shorts had them on the outside, and it doesn’t look pretty with this white lace dangling from the centre of my shorts !!!
Colors: i like the stripes down the sides. it’s way better than all-black.
Don’t-Likes:
One of the shorts had a bad zipper, and also poor stitching for one pocket. luckily it was the same pair of shorts, so i threw them out. It’s more of a hassle to return them all, and hope that the next package is all good. they might not be.

The fit is really good, I suspect the elastic will begin to give over time but there is a drawstring also. The material is very slick/silky. It’s very good the pockets are zippered, so stuff will not fall out.
