This portable workout machine weighs about 20 lbs. My first impression is that I won’t be needing a gym membership.
Neat part of this is you could fold it and store it away. Anyways, this is better than resistance band as it won’t snap on you as long as you take care of it.

This is such a neat concept. You essentially use your own body weight and gravity as resistance. It’s compact, easy to use and folds away for storage. It’s not a full gym experience, but it’s great for the average person wanting to target certain areas.
