I received the device in perfect conditions. I was not hurry to received it so I wait several days. The headline describes that is a dual sim phone but is not. So if will not work for people with 2 phone providers

Phone worked perfectly for a week or so, then suddenly could not connect to the Internet.
It’s such a beautiful phone but, looks like many other people are experiencing similar things with phone suddenly not connecting to mobile data.
What a frustrating experience I went through for two days w/o phone plus having spent almost 6 hrs with my carrier doing all kinds of troubleshooting to no avail.
Upon transferring sim card to a friends phone along w/ my new cheap phone, it worked perfectly. This is proof that issue is with the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra.
Am now hoping for a full refund and, will update my review a soon as I hear back about refund from seller.
It is 01/27/25 still no refund. A bunch of promises but nothing is happening.
Can Amazon help me get my refund??

Tenía mis dudas, ya que después de comprarlo por curiosidad, me metí a la calificación del vendedor y vi que había puras malas reseñas. Al llegar, grabé el paquete y todo estaba en orden. Me di cuenta de que en la hoja de envío dice que fue enviado por Amazon, pero de otro vendedor.

Lo unico a notar es que el color fue diferente al elegido pero fuera de eso todo ok, llegó antes de lo planeado y hasta con una funda de silicon original de regalo.
