Doing a kitchen reno and we saw this faucet online at another store, and really loved it. Trouble was, it wasn’t available anywhere, save for one place that had it listed for nearly 3 times the price (which was consistent with pricing at other stores). Surprisingly, we found it here at Amazon for a fantastic price*.
The faucet shipped quickly and is of incredible quality, as expected with the Moen brand. I did have a worry that this might be a knockoff, because of the price (I mean, still really expensive, but question-raising at less than half the price of other retailers). It is legitimately a Moen product, is sturdy, and stylish. It was very well packed in original Moen packaging and all parts were intact. It is going to look amazing with the style of our new kitchen.
I didn’t know one could fall hard for a faucet – is this the sign of being an adult? I also didn’t know that faucets cost so dang much money. Holy crackers. At its regular price from other stores (as one example: currently $1627 CAD at Home Depot Canada), we would not have purchased this. At the time we bought it here on amazon, it was $607 CAD. (Today, it is listed for $807 CAD so maybe price watch this one if you are interested in purchasing.)
We’ve been saving up for a long time to be able to renovate our small kitchen. Being able to to save so much money on kitchen ‘hardware’ was really helpful. We were excited** to be able to purchase our first choice faucet at such a reduced price.
* fantastic… still super expensive, but in comparison much better
** excited… again, I ask, is this what being an adult feels like? LOL!

This is a great faucet with a beautiful design. It was marketed as a farmhouse style. However, I think it would fit into any aesthetic other than industrial or modern. It’s heavy duty, the pull down sprayer is very sturdy. It is operated by weighted system underneath the sink and it recoils very easily and consistently without any problems. I am so happy I got this and I think you will enjoy it also.

It has great power with two modes. Water flow is fantastic. This is on the upper end of price but so worth it if you use your sink as much as we do. It’s a beautiful addition to our kitchen.

What a great faucet. For the money it’s a great deal. Great company makes a great product. The faucet is made with high quality materials. The spray head easy extends and retracts snugly. There are two spray fictions; normal and power. The normal setting is great and when using the spray option does clean off plates nicely. The power mode really gets off stick on food. It is a must for any kitchen. Makes cleaning so easy. I had it professionally installed and he was able to install the faucet with no issues. Wonderful faucet if you’re in the market.

The motion sensor aspect is great. I don’t like the offset of the handle, but otherwise it’s excellent.

I have waited to write a review, for the price I paid for this faucet I wanted to give and honest review of the item used, well I have had this faucet installed since June of 2021 and it still works and looks the same as the day installed! I have hard well water and this faucet has truly held up! It’s absolutely still beautiful! Worth every penny

I absolutely love this faucet. It was worth the price. It is heavy and well made. The touchless is the game changer – no matter how icky your hands are you can refrain from smearing germs everywhere! The smart function is good for things like getting it to run at the hottest setting so it warms up while you are busy with dirty hands or the hand wash function for kids that may not wash the appropriate amount of time otherwise. Only problem is that if you lose sync or need to hit the reset button (yes there really IS one hiding in there just like the diagram shows but it’s hell to stick a paper clip in) that’s under the sink at the back. Which sucks for me with a 33″ sink that’s damn near impossible to get behind to scan the darn QR code. But the style, touch less and voice control IN oil rubbed bronze make it literally unparalleled. And trust me I checked… I did NOT want to spend that but I have ZERO regrets. It matches and elevates the kitchen design and the functions are enviable. For people that are pretentious this is perfect, as it certainly is pretentious but I LOVE it for my kitchen. I did have the plumbers give me a LOT more slack on the sprayer cord so I can get to every nook and cranny of that 33″ sink. The power blast button is also great, it gets that stuck on food so you don’t have to leave things soaking in the sink. So it ruined on my husband’s parade of just sticking dishes in the sink and saying “it needed to soak” – joke’s on you buddy, the turbo sprayer gets all, LOL!

Got this faucet to replace a very old 60-70’s type chrome plated cheapo faucet for a kitchen. Wanted to make sure to get a good one that also looks good. After much time researching this was one of the few that came out on top. It’s made by a well known company and seemed like it was reliable.
After using it for a few months it still seems pretty good. I don’t like the fact it has plastic buttons on the sprayer but it seems like every company is cutting corners to go with that or worse those even cheaper thin rubber buttons that rip after so much time/use.
The fan spray setting is a bit strong so it tends to splash water all over when using it on anything even on low water pressure settings. And the instructions said to have the on/off handle over to the right. Unfortunately when using it, water from your wet hand tends to run down it and the slowly pool below. Should havr moved it closer to the front instead, as well so we could see the nice porcelan “H C” lable which looks nice.
Again, no real problems but ill update this later if something comes up and I remember.
