These are great for under a car seat to not mess up your OEM fabric. For going on a front seat where an actual butt sits on it, less great. What makes them so good for under a car seat is exactly why they’re not so good for a human butt. The support material is firm and rigid and offers no comfort to the bum bum. Which isn’t a huge deal just knowing that up front lets you use it in the proper situation. If you buy this for protecting your driver’s seat, I suspect you won’t be using it for long.
Before this I tried some fabric cloth basically, but it moved all over the place and I don’t think it would have held up very long. I tried those pet protector style for the back seats but they’re just ugly and I care about my cars aesthetics. That’s the upside with these protectors is they actually look really good and match the styling of my GTI

The box was not necessarily new, it seems it could have been reused several times. The protector structurally seemed fine but there were brown marks on the white side and white paint marks on the black side. I have returned the protector due to the condition it is sent not being reasonable for the price it costs. Photos attached.

I recently purchased the Lusso Gear Car Seat Protector for my baby’s car seat, and I am so happy with this product! Awesome product. I immediately got a compliment on this, followed by a story about taking out a car seat and ripping half the seat up with it. Never thought that could happen, but definitely happy I bought these.
The design is perfect for a captain’s chair, which is where I have it now. I imagine it would work perfectly in any bench seat as well. There’s a nicely thought-out piece of fabric that gets tucked in between the seat and backrest, which helps keep it stable. Simply clip the strap around the headrest and it’s ready for the car seat. The cutouts are molded for the car seat belts to go right into the seat’s car seat anchors.
The material sits on and protects the seat of the car very comfortably and doesn’t look clunky or out of place. Especially with a soon-to-be dirty child’s car seat on top of it at all times, you soon forget it’s even there. Although you’ll be happy it is.
I went for my first backseat cleaning after installing this cover and not only found dirt and crumbs, but a could fruit purée spills the cover had caught from the youngster. I didn’t even need to look around as I knew there were baby wipes right in the pocket they so thoughtfully designed into the cover. Easy cleanup, no problem, very stoked I got this when I did.
The pockets are just plain handy. Why not have more pockets in our lives?? Wipes in one, emergency diapers in the other. I know they’re always there and as an added bonus it’s something soft for the little guy to kick or rest his heels on. The pockets themselves are strong enough for kids’ wear and tear so far and the elastic isn’t losing any of its tension. I imagined this elastic piece or the pockets themselves would be the first thing to go, but it won’t be for a long time, as this seat cover is made very very well.
Awesome little well-made insurance policy for your seats with some extra pockets for under $30 that you’ll forget you have but be thankful every time you see it.

Okay, girl. YOU NEED THESE IN YOUR LIFE (and car). As someone who hates having a dirty car, this will save your sanity and protect your car’s seats. Would you rather be paying for a car seat protector or a car seat detail?
I like these because they are a nice thick material. When you install your car seat, it digs into your seat and this protects your car from permanent indentions. I like how this product goes up onto back of the seat to protect your seats from little feet when rear facing. If your kiddos are anything like mine, they will love to kick your seats and this product keeps me from needing to deep clean my car so often.
Regarding aesthetic, I like how these are solid black and blend into your car’s upholstery. It’s the little things in life, you know? I also like the padding on this seat protector. Also, I like the pocket on the front of the seat protector. We use this to hold a muslin swaddle or toys for our kiddo. Pro tip: Use the blanket that you stored in your handy dandy pocket to lay over your car seat in the summer. This helps keep the sun off of the buckles and protects your kiddo from getting burned. You will thank me later 😉
Anyways, I would definitely recommend purchasing these seat protectors. It is a small price to pay to protect your car from kiddo crustiness.

I had purchased one of these seat protectors a few years ago and am still using it. It is great quality and does a fabulous job of protecting my seats. I needed a second one for grandbaby #2 and liked the first one so much, I decided to purchase another one. It’s very easy to install, fits very nicely, and is thick and sturdy. The mesh pockets on the front are an added bonus! I’m certain these will last for years!

These work great as either a general seat protector or to use under a car seat. They don’t slide around and don’t discolor your light-colored seats. Highly recommend!

I was looking for a car seat protector to help protect the white seats in my Tesla Model 3 from two issues: dents in the seats & preventing the protector from staining the seats as many others do. These have been absolutely fantastic. In the picture uploaded with this review I had just removed the car seat after some extended use and revealed what the seat under the mat looked like. No stains and no dents!
PROS:
– Sturdy with lots of padding.
– Easy to install: Slip the middle piece between the seats and snap the strap around the headrest.
– The back of the mat is white that won’t stain seats! This is the BIGGEST reason for buying this seat protector as it will ensure those with white/light interiors keep their seats looking new!
– Perfect size, can be adjusted with the strap for a proper fit.
CONS:
– This is a very minor con and nothing worth removing a star from but worth mentioning anyway. The seat arrived with a lot of little fibers/debris all over it. These would easily get all over the car and show up, especially with light interiors. I simply took 5 minutes to vacuum most of the little fibers up before installing and everything has been fantastic since then.
If you have a car with a white/light interior, I can’t recommend this seat protector enough!
