I needed a new laptop for my bookkeeping job & to be used for school work, I’m coming off an old laptop I could hardly run 2 pages on without it crashing, I’ve been using this laptop for a week & I absolutely LOVE it! I got the 16gb RAM & I can run words, 2 web browsers, listen to music on YT in the background, it is absolutely wonderful. If I had to give a negative, it would be nice if it had touch screen capabilities, & the mouse pad is a little big for my liking, but I think I’ll live lol Bonus, love the color, battery life lasts me all day for what I need it for. I convinced anyone that doesn’t like this laptop has either high expectations, doesn’t know what they’re doing, or has not so great internet service, I use it on 2 different networks & it takes literal seconds to load anything.

Pretty easy to set up. Still trying to import Gmail to Outlook. Windows 11 takes a bit to get used to. However the set up and action tasks are superior to prior operating system. Thin and lightweight bonus came in my sons favorite color
Arrived as promised on Christmas eve. Enough time to wrap and put under the tree.

I’m seriously loving my new HP laptop! The 15.6-inch screen is perfect – it makes everything so much easier to see, whether I’m working or just browsing. The keyboard layout is super comfy, and the battery life is pretty solid too. Setup was a breeze, and I’m a huge fan of the red color – it’s my favorite! Also, the CoPilot AI assistant is a cool feature and really makes things feel smoother. It’s fast enough for my emails, Facebook, and even some gaming. Really happy with it!
