Excellent product and wound healing

I knocked a star off because mine came leaking a little. But, otherwise, it’s great! Could be used on anything you’d use witch hazel on, for soothing comfort. It’s not a pain killer, just feels nice. For postpartum, I’ve found this stuff is great to put a couple of pumps into a pad to help soothe down there.

This was an incredible value compared to other foams, it is quick and effective and a great size for postpartum use.
I used this right after delivery and it was easy to use and lasted a long time with little to no oil residue

This foam is better than any tucks pads situation and I wish I had found this before my 4th baby. It’s easy to dispense and the one bottle lasted me until I no longer needed the extra care. I was worried the foam would make things feel too wet but it was much better than all of the things I had tried in the past. 100% will be gifting this to all my expecting mama friends.

I just delievered my 3rd baby and was ready to try this new soothing foam from Dr. Talbot. Fortunately for me I did not have any tearing with this birth, but this foam was still so soothing and I believe really helped with the healing process. The foaming nozzle applicator is easy to use and provides a thick layer of foam that can be applied directly to your pad liner. The witch hazel really helps with any inflamation. Highly recommend for any expecting mothers!

This Dr. Talbots soothing foam can be applied to any burning external private areas; that is, it isn’t just for childbirth but can also be used for cooling and soothing hemorrhoids.
The product has a screw-on pump dispenser that works upright, upside down, or even sideways. Just about two pumps, and you’ll have enough foam to adequately cover any area you may need. The foam then dissolves into a soothing liquid. If you use more than that, it turns into a moist kind of mess. You can also apply the foam to a pad rather than directly to skin if you prefer.
The soothing isn’t instant “pain be gone” but it does help. It has witch hazel, calendula, and chamomile, which all have soothing properties. The product is also supposed to reduce swelling and help in healing, I can’t really speak to that because I don’t have anything to compare to.
I’ve found that the pump lid was a bit loose and started dripping liquid on me, so always make sure it’s screwed on tight before you start using this product.
I love that this is made in the USA. I think it’s a good value, and I would order it again.
