1. Overview These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of Lazada’s platform by vendors and customers. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms.
2. Vendor Obligations
Vendors must process received orders within 24 hours. Failure to do so may result in store deactivation after 48 hours, negatively impacting store rankings and reviews.
Vendors are responsible for maintaining accurate order proccessing for prompt order fullfilment.
3. Payment System
All payments are processed through our inbuilt store wallet using cryptocurrency, bank transfer, or Visa card etc…
No taxes are deducted during transactions unless when withdrawing profits.
For withdrawals exceeding $30,000, a 15% deposit is required beforehand to cover administrative and processing costs, ensuring compliance with international financial regulations.
Minimum deposit: $100.
Minimum withdrawal: $300.
4. Fees and Taxes Vendors and customers are responsible for any applicable local taxes or duties on transactions.
5. Prohibited Activities Users must not:
Engage in fraudulent activities or misrepresentations.
Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
Use the platform to distribute harmful or illegal content.
6. Termination Lazada reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account for violations of these Terms, including non-compliance with vendor obligations.
7. Limitation of Liability Lazada is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform.
8. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of cross-borders trade agreements.
9. Amendments Lazada reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updates will be communicated via our website.
