I was quite surprised with this doorbell cam as I have owned a ring camera for a while upon installing and setting up I noticed that the alerts for motion detection were fast and accurate. The difference with this doorbell camera is you are able to insert a microSD card up to 128 gigs may be larger and record and store all your events on the app without any Charge I believe the app is free to use and there is no monthly fee unless you want the cloud. when someone rings your doorbell on this camera will notify you and you have the option to answer or reject the call while being able to see who is at the door. It shows a wide view from head to toe, displaying packages and other things that are on the floor alerts are quick and accurate. There is also an IR night vision mode to see clearly and dark areas or times it also included a wireless chime speaker to play a real time doorbell sound when you have a visitor it plugs into your 110 AC outlet and is quite clear sounding. This is a great alternative than using the Ring app because it is free to use and just as good.

The adomii Wireless Video Doorbell Camera Review
I recently received the The adomii Wireless Video Doorbell Camera and I’m quite impressed with its design and build quality. The setup process was straightforward and user-friendly. However, there are a few areas where it could improve:
Battery Charging Time: One major drawback is the lack of information on how long it takes to charge the battery. I looked closely at the instructions, but there was no information provided on this aspect.
Back Plate Material: The back plate is made of plastic, which feels a bit flimsy. I believe a metal back plate would be more durable and less prone to breaking. The current plastic plate has a tab that can easily break off, making it vulnerable to theft.
Chime Speaker Distance: There is no information provided on the distance range for the chime speaker. Knowing this would be helpful for users to ensure proper placement and functionality.
Overall, I would give this doorbell camera 4 stars due to its solid build and easy setup, but it loses points for the missing information and the plastic back plate.

Review for the Adomii Wireless Video Doorbell Camera.
I was quite surprised at the quality of this item considering its price point.
Set up was super easy. I had charged it prior to setting up to make sure it was fully charged. Simply just download the app and turn on the device. The app quickly detected the doorbell via Bluetooth and set up was quick and easy.
The app’s UI could use some work. Not a lot of icon labels and just icons that aren’t very clear as to what they mean. You kinda just have to tap on everything and see what its function is. But once you figure it out, it’s pretty straight forward.
The app also sometimes has a tendency to glitch or error out when attempting to change device settings or functions, but I found force quitting the app resolved any issues for a while but would randomly happen again. This could be resolved with software updates. At the time of this review, there were no firmware updates, and the last App update was a couple months old.
The doorbell itself seems to be very sturdy. Good build quality. Installation was very straight forward. I would beg the build quality would rival other more expensive brands.
The video quality was surprisingly very good. The wide angle lens isn’t as wide as you would expect, but very clear. Also has infrared night mode.
Hardware wise, and this is probably its biggest downfall not for quality, but for security. This was not thought out very well.
The charging port, power/reset buttons, and the SD card slot are under a rubber gasket on the side of the device, allowing anyone to tamper with these inputs, turn it off, take your SD card, or simply take the whole doorbell as a whole as the doorbell does not bolt down to it’s mounting bracket. It simply slides off with the press of one very visible button at the bottom.
If you live in an area that has high foot traffic by your door like an apartment building, it’s a tough buy considering how easily it could be stolen or tampered with.
With some much needed security design updates to the hardware, I would highly recommend it.
