This system doesn’t work on trilevel houses, the instructions are user friendly, are confusing, you have check youtube videos and still can’t get the whole idea of the system, overall is worthless.

So far the system works very well and was easy to set up. It’s nice that you can name the sensors to know which one goes off.

I tried at least 5 times to get this unit to work. The alarm sounds about 15-20 seconds after arming. I really wanted this to work.

This is exactly what our family needed. You can customize each device and when you want it to go off based on how the alarm is set. Great product for the price and so easy to use and install.

Instruction manual was not proofread very well. Has the instructions for key fob and panel reversed. Little tricky set up needs some prior knowledge not enough detail in the instructions. Manual does not explain the panel very well other than that the system seems to be operating as expected.

Very good alarm system

System was relatively simple to set up and connect to Wifi via Bluetooth from a smartphone and Smart Life App.
Just a matter of assigning sensors to the system and then mounting them in place.
Monitoring the system status and being able to arm and disarm via smartphone, even when away from home is a plus.
2 key fobs and 2 keypads are included in the 15 piece system as an alternative to arming and disarming via smartphone.
I opted to pay for phone and message alerts for alarm events.
You can go into the Smart Life app and turn on and off notifications so that if you are testing the system by triggering the alarm, it won’t send notifications if you shut notifications off. You can turn notifications back on as you please.
One concern that I have is regarding ongoing availability of additional accessories.
After setting up the system, I decided that I wanted to order two additional key fobs.
I go onto Amazon to order the key fobs and get the message “Item currently unavailable. We don’t know when or if item will be back in stock” which does not sound very encouraging. There is another alarm system sold on Amazon called “Tolviviov” and the sensors, keypads and fobs look identical to the GRSICO ones and the Fobs are currently available for them.
I will order one fob for the Tolviviov system to try out to see if it works or not with the GRSICO system and will order more from Tolviviov if it does work.
*Followup edit*. I received the Key fob for the Tolviviov Home Alarm system and tried it out…..It linked right up to my GRSICO system and works fine….so that is an option for those looking for additional key fobs for the GRSICO home alarm system.
