The product seems nice, but the small manual is inadequate. It states that there is customer service available 24/7 but gives no website for it except updating the maps. I keep trying to set speed to mph and in 2 seconds it’s back to km/hr. Same with distance, only in kilometers and won’t stay on miles. There is no website to download a PDF of a manual. I guess it’s hunt and peck till something works. I should have stuck with an American product.

I recently upgraded to this GPS navigation system! The 9-inch HD touch screen is bright and easy to read, even in direct sunlight. The 2024 maps are up-to-date, and I appreciate the free lifetime map updates. The spoken driver alerts are incredibly helpful for keeping my focus on the road. It’s user-friendly and has made my road trips so much smoother.

Like the 9” screen but only 3 choices for USA speech, no way to announce street names and brackets provided are totally inadequate and DO NOT stick or hold! Had to buy a iPad /cd bracket to solve the problem! Jury is still out on this product. May or may not keep.
