These Tommy Hilfiger polo shirts are a perfect blend of comfort and style. I am 6’1″ with a 44″ chest and 36″ waist. I got size XL, which just fits. In the range of various XL cuts, this is more toward the smaller end. The collar just buttons around my 17″ neck; not choking me, but there’s no gap either. The sleeves feel a little tight on my arms and look about an inch short. There’s plenty of space in the chest and waist and there’s is a lot of length to keep this tucked. The fabric is light and thinner than expected and it’s not very stretchy. I worry that it’ll shrink in the wash, which will make this feel more like Large and will barely fit me.
I wouldn’t golf in this shirt as it does bind a bit in the armpits and sleeves and the material isn’t stretchy enough for a comfortable golf swing. This is fine for casual wear.

I really like this shirt. I got the Desert Sky/White variant with the thin black stripes. The cotton is thick (96%) and has a nice weight to it. It fits a little on the tight side, which is fine with me. I normally wear size L for shirts, and this one fits me well.
My biggest fear is that it will shrink after being washed. As I mentioned, it’s a bit on the tight-fitting side so I don’t want it to get any tighter. I will update the review if the shirt shrinks significantly.

The sleeves on this shirt are a bit short. I ordered a size large, but it’s a bit smaller than the typical large I’m used to. The shirt is thin and great for hot days and the material is comfortable to wear.
