You know how CarPlay or Andriod Auto works on your car or truck? Basically it connects your phone to the larger, more convenient screen in your automobile so you have a bunch of those handy cell phone apps (that are on your phone) available to you on the built-in big screen! This is done via Bluetooth by the way.
OK, now that I have that small introduction out of the way….The FancyTiger 5 Inch touchscreen is basically the car screen, just now you can attach it to your motorcycle, ATV/UTV, or even a farm tractor! Or really anything with a round bar that is within your reach/view. So for me, I thought how cool this would be in my tractor cab. I mean, I’m in there for hours, sort of like my time in the car on occasion.
I makes calls and use apps. Not so much navigation, but you never know!

So, I mounted the ol’ FancyTiger to the grab bar and plugged it into the 12v lighter adapter via the USB cable – viola – I now can use the CarPlay app to connect my phone to the 5 inch screen and use the apps while I’m in the field. Pretty nice. Is it a game changer? Not really. But it is cool and convenient. Plus you can add your Bluetooth ear buds and the like to use the screen for calling and such. So that is pretty sweet.
Probably more meaningful for motorcycle users. Although, honestly, I do have to wonder if adding a screen to a road bike, or even on off road bike, is a good idea? Distractions are dangerous. This is a nice sized touch screen. But I would be tempted to take my eyes off the road while using it. Navigation help would be great tho… Well – proceed with caution biker friends! Mine is in a tractor so I’m going under 4 mph most of the time.

Anyway, the device works pretty well. Touch screen is responsive. There are settings to change stuff, beeps, brightness, etc. Nothing too our of the ordinary. Just read the manual and take a few minutes to learn the screens and settings. It’s simple. Setting the phone to the device is also easy. Just like most Bluetooth connections, find and connect.

Mounting was also a breeze. Although the instructions were not stellar, I feel like you can pretty much figure it out without much help. Oh, the QR code link gave me the error 403 posted in the pictures attached. Exceeded the monthly scan limit? Weak.
The bar clamp section comes with a few spacers so that you can accommodate various thickness handlebars. Some trail and error might be required. Or use the included tape to pad the area a bit.
I did not use the permanent wiring harness but it is great that it is included.
Plus the whole attachment and assembly seems pretty shock resistant and durable. Time will tell but it takes bounces and such very well. So for a UTV application, this is really important and I feel it would perform well.

My other, maybe biggest gripe is this. Yes, it’s a nice connection to the bar via the base and some screws. However – there does not seem to be a way to easily remove the screen from the base, or the base from the handlebar. You’d have to unbolt stuff. At least one bolt. So that means you’d need the Alan wrench. So that would be a pain. If I had it on a road bike, it’d be nice if to easily remove it when not wanted or for security reasons. But alas, this does not seem to be the case.

Well, I give it 4 stars because it does work as advertised and seems to be a nice looking and responsive touch screen. Plus the base is very functional, just can get the screen off of it easily.

I hated monting up my phone to the handlebars and wanted to add a Android Auto unit to the bike. FancyTiger seemed to be the least expensive from the bunch so I took the gamble and bought it. The kit has everything included for the install (minus the bike-specific wiring harness, had to be modified since I didn’t want to wire this directly to the moto battery, but to the bike’s ACC wiring). Installation went ok (could have been easier), but because of all the wiring being stuffed in the space where the handlebar pivots for steering is quite cramped. Once all plugged and wires tucked, the unit powered right up and I linked my phone to it. Works great and got to use it one a few rides to work and around town. I’d recommend!

Thinking about bringing my Harley out to the road, needed a wireless display that worked with both apple CarPlay and android auto. A friend of mine recommended this brand to me, decided to give it a try, ordered right away. Got it the second day, too fast for me to digest…
Opened it up upon receiving, impressed by its thoroughness in provings good quality accessories with consideration in different connection options.
Before mounting it up to my bike, turned it on, satisfied with its fast and easy connection to my phone. All set ups are easy. Screen is crystal clear, no delay to touches. GPS works perfect too, updates my movement flawlessly.
With all included accessories, mounting it up is a no brainer. It took me little over 10 minutes to put it up to the handlebar. The power cord is long enough to run concealed to the real wheel where I had a SAE to USB connection, so I don’t need to stripe wires to get power.
Overall, I am happy to have this unit, all information and functionality is right on my fingertip, while my phone is secured inside my bag when riding. Good buy!

You can mount it directly to the riser by attaching the optional touring windscreen. I bought a separate RAM 1 inch ball mount (AMPS mounting pattern). It fits the 2015 Ducati Diavel Carbon touring windscreen mount and allows the screen to tilt and swivel. 100% recommended.

Bought the product with hopes that it would be functional without all the extras. A little challenge hooking it up but than worked ok. 5 months later unit just stopped working and wont power on at all. Unit has never gotten wet. Probably stay away from this one.

Bad quality damaged monitor with multiple horizontal lines when turned on ..

The product performed exceptionally well. I purchased it for a cross-country trip in July, and it exceeded my expectations. It was easy to attach to my bike and connect. The unit was put to the test in extreme weather conditions, including temperatures exceeding 115°F, continuous usage for over 15 hours a day, and heavy rain. Throughout all of this, the unit never failed. The only issue I encountered was that the screen began to show signs of separation; however, it still functions as intended.

I first bought a different brand and had the same trouble as others with the unit restarting constantly. I waiting until near the end of the riding season before I posted this review. I’m happy to say that this one has been working flawlessly. It connects perfectly with my and automatically every single time. However, the mounting options are plentiful enough but super bulky. Also, the mount at the back of the unit has cracked and I’m not convinced that it will hold up much longer.
