I replaced an expensive faucet with a German name (not sure it was not made in China) which I had for only three years and had no pressure. This is a full pressure and flexible faucet. It works great and has a lifetime guarantee by a reliable company. This is taller than the one I had but I personally would have liked one a bit taller than this. The only minor shortcomings are that there are no marking for hot or cold (it does not take long to figure this out) and I wish the hose extended a bit longer. These are personal issues and the device is exactly as represented.

Looks good, is sturdy and is high tech for a faucet. Install took longer than a regular faucet but wasn’t difficult. The handle sticks out pretty far to the right so I had to rearrange other accessories because the new faucet’s side handle was getting in the way of the smaller drinking water faucet next to it.
Alexa integration seems to work ok even though the skill has poor reviews. Nice to be able to say “ask moen to pour 4 cups”. Touchless on/off is also helpful for kids who can’t reach the handle.
The optional Moen add-on 169031 power supply can be plugged in instead of relying on the big battery pack.
Ordered a Moen weight for the hose to help the spray head go back in a little easier.

I had a Moen for 10 years and we needed to replace. I have had this new one for about two months and I am not really a fan. Its not terrible, but the water comes out really targeted — too targeted. I have to carefully turn it on only part way or the water rebounds and splashes from my 12″ deep sink. If you’re washing dishes and turn it fully on, food, water, and soap fly all over the place. There is also a “turbo” button on the faucet but the difference is very slight, but as it is already turbo without pushing it, we never use it. The pain of hiring another plumber to remove and install a new one is probably enough that I’ll keep this one and we’re getting used to being gentle as we turn it on each time. The hose and spray function work well.

This was recently installed by a plumber who was already connecting a garbage disposal and dishwasher to the kitchen unit. And, we both were surprised of the extra spray power of the turbo button. I like everything about the versatile, clearance, and quality of regular spray as well. It has the ability to reach in both sections of sink base in a vertical direction which avoids overstay onto the countertops and the floor. I highly recommend this quality faucet.

Beautiful faucet, great gold color (not greenish like some of the less expensive faucets), easy to install, nice spray and “boost” pressure features. Unlike inexpensive faucets that mimic this one, the actual water sprayer pulldown is made of metal; no plastic “peeling” in my future this time!

My old faucet stopped functioning and sprayed water all over my island sink. I wanted to get a gold faucet to eventually replace my existing one once it stopped working. This is by far the best faucet. I am able to wave to turn it on when y hands are dirty. I love the gold which compliments my kitchen aesthetic. The installation process was very simple as well. I was able to do it on my own. The initial faucet I ordered did not work and I did not know that until I completed the installation process. I was able to contact Amazon who directed me to contact Moen directly for a brand new faucet which works splendidly. I received the new faucet in 1 day. I love my new faucet.
