Bought this for a Tesla model 3. The steering wheel seemed to have melted on the top from the heat. This fit great. Like that it is thin.

Thankfully after three prior Amazon attempts this is the winner! This is the purest white in color, sleek leather texture and looks luxurious. The other Amazon steering wheel covers all looked dingy and off white. This selection did not disappoint even though it was quite challenging to get it on. Stays in place and doesn’t slide. There is a seam stitch I would recommend aligning with the bottom middle on steering wheel and working out stretching in place from there. Don’t get frustrated during application. Just keep pulling and gripping steering wheel as you work it on from each side and you’ll eventually get it on. I am pleased with the overall look even though I would have preferred an all white option which doesn’t seem to be available with this material anywhere unless completely customized at a more expensive price.

It’s fine… went on fairly easily, but it’s not a tight, perfect fit. It’s staying in place but the edges flare up and there are bumps in some places where it was folded for packaging. It’s definitely NOT “ultra thin”.
But it works “well enough” on my 2023 Model 3.

This is a bit of a challenge to get on and especially to center it as it’s immovable once on. If not centered, must be 80% or more removed, then adjust, place again and hope you got the alignment right. But once you get it on, it looks very good, is comfortable to the hands, seems durable and it’s easy to clean. I love how it looks. Obviously will make the steering wheel a little thicker as it’s a cover that’s not made of air. Lol. But I have average sized hands for a man and it’s very comfortable for me. I bought a 2 piece carbon fiber white steering wheel cover before this one that just snapped on. That one also looked good but after 2 weeks, the white started flaking off. And if there was dirt and I wiped it clean, that would also accelerate the removal of the white stuff. So, if you’re considering this one or another brand, keep that in mind. This one seems much more durable. There are several listings for that other brand, they all look exactly the same, but are offered by different companies. It’s the same thing and be cautious as those don’t seem to last. Get this instead.

This was very difficult to get on the steering wheel but once on, it looks and feels really nice. The quality is excellent! Much better than original. It is a little thicker than original and it feels easier to hold onto and my hand never feels like it’s going to slip. * just make sure you line it up correctly before putting it on or it won’t be symmetrical or comfortable. I made that mistake and had to struggle to get it off and on again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

My Tesla Model Y has the know well-known issue of deterioration of the faux leather steering wheel cover. According to Tesla it’s not a warranty item, and I certainly am not going to pay them $900(!) for a new wheel, so I decided to install a nice cover, both to protect the wheel from further damage and to improve the overall look.
This wheel cover is well made and reasonably priced. It takes a little effort to install it (a bit of pulling and stretching), but once it’s on it fits perfectly and holds in place well. It’s also a fairly thick cover, so it makes the steering wheel grip somewhat bulky. Not a deal breaker, but definitely a different feel. I’m sure I’ll get used to it quickly and it will be a non-issue.
Overall, a reasonable fix for Tesla’s questionable choice of materials for the steering wheel. Recommended.

Tesla Y steering wheel cover: all black TSL2
Pros: feels good, soft texture with solid side grips. Fits well over wheel & the installation wasn’t too difficult once I watched the instructional video. For the price point you can’t be it with a stick..not like you’d beat a steering wheel but you get what I’m saying. Buy immediately.

This is exactly what I was looking for, and honestly, it is even better than expected. Like others have mentioned, it did come folded up and a little warped looking, but I left it out on the kitchen table for a couple of days to sort of take shape, and then I did not need to heat it up at all when I installed it in my Tesla. I love it because there is virtually no stitching showing and it is a great snug fit. It formed to the wheel perfectly and it’s just a really sharp looking product.
EDIT: You can still feel the heated wheel in a Tesla through this, which is awesome. The heat takes a few minutes to really penetrate the cover, but after that it’s perfect.
