Plug it in the first time and it made a loud whirring sound for five minutes and does the same thing every time you turn on the computer. Was able to trace the sound to the power supply. Which they offered to send me another power supply.
I received the power supply and will update review once I’ve replaced it.

Both my husband and I bought ourselves this Refurbished Computers and are pleased with our selection as they meet our person needs. He uses his mainly as a Net Surfer and for gaming and does not have a need for an external hard drive like I do. As a retired writer/artist/youtuber and internet surfer who plays occasional games on line to keep my brain healthy and who leaves windows open in the background a lot, my needs are very different; I still added my external hard drive for back up.
I chose Tekreburbs desktop not only because my husband was pleased with his but because I have I had success with Lenovo Computers over many years. I also considered their price to be fair for the upgrade I was looking for in a refurbished Lenovo Desktop. It came with everything I needed and more to include a keyboard and mouse (which I am keeping as a spare if I ever have need of it).
As a 74 year old woman who is no longer as Tech Savy as I once was, when I wrote to Tekreburb with some personal additional reconnection questions, I discovered through our dealings they are a Company with integrity. Not only did they offer probable reasons with additional and helpful questions seeking to understand my confusion but possible solutions too. They were quick to respond, kind, respectful and if they were frustrated their response never indicated such. Thanks Bob! You were very gracious to this ‘old lady’….
For those wondering about refurbished Computers I would like to add: I recommend refurbished Desktops. This is my second refurbished computer; the only reason I needed a new one was because the older one had become too slow for my recently upgraded faster wifi server (even though I had an external hard drive for storage). It still works fine so am seeking to give it away and thus definitely recommend refurbished desktops, as they last a long time.

Read so many bad reviews on used and supposedly refurbished computers I didn’t have much hope this computer would be any different. But fired right up, speedy, and all software works!

For the price it’s really good, it’s what it says it is, makes for a great media PC. but it’s an office PC so there’s no room for a GPU or much else. But what surprised me is that this thing will run pretty much any game from the 2016 era right out of the box. I installed Wither 3 and farcry 3 and they ran great. I was really surprised, but I guess the CPU and 32gb of ram are enough to run these games. pretty sweet.

This is a very friendly built for a very friendly price! You may want to swap the KingFast SSD due to this brand high failure rate but this is a very solid product! Everything is legit, the RAM, the CPU, everything!

Don’t aspect lots from this computer, u get what u paid. It’s work fine as supposed too. It’s very compact, not much room for upgrade but compared with price it really worth it. Don’t expect suite for 50 buck, you can have single bed with share bath and share kitchen I guess.

After some research on Amazon, E-bay and other web pages, found this item at a very good price with 32 ram and 1tb memory. So far working well. Will see and up-date review. I order the computer with the DVD/CD RW and came without. Contact customer service and they send me a new one as shows in the picture in two days. Quick customer service.
061524 Update computer status. DVD RW stop working. Contact seller via Amazon e-mail for guaranty. The Stated is only 90 Days, even on the web page at time of purchase shows 1 full year parts and labor warranty. Contact Amazon customer service, they send e-mail to seller. Never respond. Contact Amazon again, Service agent file a claim. Poor company customer service.
062424 update. After many call to AMAZON, since 061224, no response from Seller, No Help from Amazon, now they want me to contact Levono. Both Seller and Amazon show false advertising of the Waranty. DO NOT BAY FRM THIS VENDOR

Bought for my kid to do college assignments on. In 2023 this is now an old PC – but it’s plenty powerful enough for basic sound and video editing (1080p with DaVinci Resolve – works just fine, Audacity – beautifully fast).
MS Office flies and you can do decent programming / development. NOT fast enough for modern games without an additional graphics card – but will get through the old clunkers like Sim City or Total war with ease). The refurb was good – works perfectly and as a bonus seems almost completely silent in operation.

No problems yet although I did try to use the 4K adapter that comes with it which gives you a great picture but there’s no sound coming through the computer so I may call them and ask about that. I really don’t need it so either way it’s still a good computer for the price. I’m not a gamer I just watch YouTube and various news sites that are not bias. I order things online and use computer to pay my bills. This computer works great for me.

If your not a gamer & don’t have to have the latest and greatest, while staying relatively current, these refurbs are the way to go. I’ve been using refurbs for years – and rarely have any issues with them. (Last issue was a dead memory module on a 25 yr old unit).
I’ve been using this unit for about 60 days so far.
No complaints, (The KB & Mouse, although nice to have didn’t make it to the desk.. )
Did have 1 glitch – when someone bumped my desk, the computer restarted, the problem was a bad power cord. Just used the one from the old unit and everything’s golden….
