Who doesn’t love a noise free toy nowadays? I love this developmentally conscious toy for my niece who is just over a year old. It keeps her entertained and works on her fine motor skills at the same time. It’s easy to clean too which is a plus. There is no battery or cord so you can take this with you anywhere. It’s also not too big or bulky so it’s easy to bring along. As you can see, it’s not very expensive either so it’s a great gift as well.

This little hedgehog is not only cute but it’s a great toy for children to work on their fine motor skills. It’s a relief to find toys like this that do not light up or make unnecessary sounds so they can work on one sensory at a time. My 14 month old can place the pegs into the holes on the hedgehog but depending on how hard he places them in, he has a little trouble pulling them out again. For an older baby I think they would have no problem at all.

My son loves this toy so much. It really helps with those fine motor skills that he has been struggling with, learning counting skills and identifying colors. He’s also learning about companionship, and pals around with Hedgie, which is adorable and constantly has him smiling.

Durable! My daughter has played with this for over a year now and still loves it. Started by just getting her coordination down, then also used it for counting and colors 🙂

We gave this little guy the nickname spike.
We purchased this for our baby who has spent an incredible amount of time taking the pegs in and out of this little guy. It’s a great toy to work on their hand eye coordination and also tiny fingers. The spikes can also go into the back of the hedgehog for storing so doubles as a great toy for traveling.
Pegs as also fairly big so you don’t’ have to worry about it being a choking hazard but of course supervisor is always recommended.
If you’re looking for a great toy for your baby, would recommend.

I don’t know why but kids love this thing. It’s great for motor development early but also, somehow it’s the gift that always seems to be fun until well after 2. I appreciate that it has built in storage for the parts very much. Toys with pieces can be annoying so this toy having a compartment for the sticks sets it apart from the rest. Love it.

Love this toy. Helpful with plenty of things like colors numbers and motor skills plus little tots just love pulling and putting in things of any sorts this just makes it safer and more colorful and enjoyable I think for them.
Only thing I wish is maybe it’d be easier to pull out while the hedge hog stayed in place instead of lifting up the entire thing when learning to pull out a spike but I mean that’s a trivial thing overall for the price and adorable look and quality being fantastic and the purpose of the toy overall…it kinda does meet all expectations in the end so it’s more like a 4.5 stars for me. Portability and storage inside the animal so you don’t hace a mess of spikes everywhere or lose them. Easy to use and handle. Not made cheaply either shockingly. No loud obnoxious noise or annoying sounds from this toy either! Always a plus. Little man loves it.
Definitely would say I recommend to other mothers and customers looking into making the purchase.

Mi hijo es difícil de mantenerlo concentrado y con Spike se mantiene entretenido un buen rato, muy buena calidad del juguete y excelente para trabajar motricidad fina, contar, aprender colores, etc.
