Great faucet, good sprayers, I loved the wide angle because it allows you to do the dishes more comfortable without forcing or bending your back toward the front too much.

First of all, I don’t know what is with all the reviews for perfume?? ODD.

The last faucet we had was driving me crazy and I was quite excited to give this one a whirl.

It is beautiful, SO functional and I feel fancy using it.

Note: you will need an outlet to make the faucet’s touchless sensor work so keep that in mind!

The installation was pretty easy and straightforward. Only a few scraped knuckles which is par for the course when installing faucets (at least in this house).

The look of this faucet is stunning. The stainless resists spotting (but isn’t perfect) and it’s a sleek design.

I love the light in the handle to let you know if the motion sensor is on or off.

The motion sensor is the best selling point for me, especially during the times like these when we’re trying to wash more and touch less.

Another slick feature is the timed turn off. If you let the water run for too long it will automatically switch it off.

Finally I LOVE the sprayers on this. There’s the normal flow and a showerhead kind of flow then there’s the power sprayer. They all have different uses and I use them all. It’s SO NICE!

Overall I am loving the Kohler Graze faucet and can’t wait until we have friends over again to show it off!

One day I noticed my faucet at a trickle. I turned the faucet off and back on with a wave of my hand and the faucet ran full stream upon restart. I noticed this issue happening on and off over a period of days and each time turning off the water and restarting the water fixed my flow problem.

Kohler told me to flush my lines and I paid a plumber to come and flush my lines and check the filters for debris.

Faucet continued to experience the problem more frequently and my solution of stopping and starting the flow was no longer working. The faucet developed an 80/20 policy where 80% of the time I had a trickle of water and 20% I had normal water. The switches from trickle to full or back were unpredictable.

Kohler send me a new head (after my plumber had removed head and issue wasn’t solved) and another part that required the entire faucet to be disassembled to replace. This was the 3rd visit by the plumber (initial install plus 1 previous visit to flush lines).

At this point, my plumber engaged the manual override and now my faucet flows fine but I have no handless capabilities.

After days and days of no response form Kohler, I received a brand new faucet. Now I just have to pay a plumber AGAIN to come and install it.

I can’t afford the plumber coming over every 2-3 weeks to fix my 1 year old faucet.

——– Kohle3r eventually replaced my faucet. I had to pay another plumber to come and install this faucet. Then the faucet didn’t work because the app couldn’t connect to the faucet. I paid the plumber an hours salary playing with the app trying to set up the faucet because there is no water without the app. Finally, when my plumbers bill became too much, we set the brand new faucet to manual mode and the plumber left. When I contacted Kohler for app assistance. Instead of troubleshooting the app, Kohler offered me another replacement faucet, a lesser product without fewer features. My guess is I would have to pay that plumber as well.

Part of our kitchen remodel included this faucet. I must say that anything that is appliance related than can work with Alexa and WiFi usually gets a pass from me but…

The faucet is HUGE. For us that is “kind of” ok but the arch of the faucet puts it past the center of the sink so when you angle the sprayer, water goes everywhere. Not great. Maybe if it was over a bathtub?

The WiFi connection wasn’t too bad but the group that wrote and abandoned the app should never build another public app again. It’s the worst. Rarely works and when it does, it doesn’t do much of anything.

Connection to Alexa? Has worked 4 times since we bought it. Gave up. Here is an example of what you must say: “Alexa, ask kohler to dispense one cup of water from kitchen faucet” to which she seems to always reply “please open the Kohler app and login to continue”. Ugh. What a letdown.

When you do get it to dispense “one cup of water” the good news is that it consistently dispenses 1.25 cups of water so hopefully that is what you wanted.

Waving your hand under the arch turns it on and off every time. That is really cool! If you have steam coming from inside the sink it will turn off the water as it thinks you “waved”. Really? … really???

The look is cool and after several months we are still getting used to it. The gimmicks are worthless in my opinion but if you are looking for a big chrome faucet, it sure does make a statement. Too bad that statement is “sorry, faucet not connected”

Although the faucet is wonderful, the extra you are paying for it being internet/Alexa enabled is a waste of money. The Kohler Konnect skill CONSTANTLY disconnects from the internet and won’t work. I should have read the Kohler Konnect skill reviews first. Nice faucet. Expensive.

The faucet works as expected, and it is a beautiful piece for the kitchen. I’m not sure I would get this touchless over just the regular one for the money now. Sometimes it shuts off when I don’t want to, so not sure I would order this particular one again, but I would definitely order the design
