This will not serve if you need a deadbolt. Also, it is not easy to connect if your phone automatically connects to 5g because this is a 2.4 connection which makes setting up the admin part difficult. Also, remember to get everyone’s finger print in ASAP. We found out the hard way that this will lock you out very quickly. It was a 2-hour trip to save our family member. OOPS

We were (and still are) in the market for upgrading our door locks in a number of apartments that we own. This product was recommended to us by a friend. We installed it earlier this week and so far the lock has performed beyond our expectations: (1) installation was simple, our general handyman was able to do it; I might have even been able to do it myself. (2) the first door we equipped with was the one from the manager; reading her fingerprint and getting the lock operational were very simple and so far have worked really well. (3) the manager likes the automatic picture function which is free of subscription and just a neat thing to have.
I will update this 5-star review in about 2 weeks to give further evidence of the performance. So far, it has been a very positive experience.

I have been looking for smart lock that could function fully off line, and without an app to set it up. This lock 100% delivered that. The setup without the app is a bit more complicated, but the instructions are all there so with some tinkering I could get it all working great.
My only real nit pick is that I can’t change the volume. A few pueces of tape make a reasonable muffler, but would like that option.
Still I will probably get a few others of this brand for the other locks on my house.

I like the concept of the door handle. But it works horrible, As soon as you put in the code to open the door it instantly locks. So if you don’t race inside to shut the door you can’t shut it. Then for help you can’t call someone you have email support and the reply is over a week the first time. Second time I’ve gotten no response. I recommend not to buy this product!

Bought this because we wanted something with keyless entry and a camera. I’m pretty tech savvy and this was very difficult to set up initially but we got there eventually. The keys as a back up also have to be programmed and really don’t work very well. The fingerprint keypad is very temperamental and we’ve been stuck out if the house a few times. It’s not obvious that there is a doorbell on it and so no one presses it and therefore the camera function is pointless. Now finally today the whole thing stopped working after 2 months use and so has been an expensive waste of time. Also no dead lock function and the door pops open very easily. All round bad experience.

Not happy with this item always get locked out fingerprint not readable mobile app not helpful installation horrible cannot return this item and wasted my money. Functionality not good t all, paid too much for this.
