   There are a few off-the-rack suits that fit me just right without tailoring and Hart Schaffner Marx are one of those. Basic black suit, solidly constructed, quality wool.

   Beautiful suit with modern look and great fabric. I am 5’7 and 140 lbs; 38 short fits me perfectly by spending some money for tailoring the trouser. Lucky that I got it for $370.
