Upon opening the box it looked good. Big screen. Then after actually trying it there was no response from the on screen buttons. There would be a click sound but nothing would happen. Couldn’t find a gps signal at all. Couldn’t use so just returned it

I ordered it in Costa Rica. Got a new map SD card for Costa Rica. Barely picks up a signal and new software could not be installed. After spending too much time. I called for help. Computer guy spent hours. Said to return it.

Easy to use good for the money It got the jobs done but it has a few things that needs to be fixed
They need to make it easier for us to find the link to contact them to get the lifetime map updates I cannot figure out how to get mine update What a piece of junk.

I got this GPS navigator because my older car can’t be outfitted with an in-dash model. This unit is perfect. It’s easy to program. Easy to see with clear readable lanes and signs. The GPS was accurate even on a very rural KY trip. The speakers are loud and clear. It even had the speed limits correct. It is a great value for the money.

El producto promete mucho y no es cierto, no están cargadas ni actualizadas las principales carreteras de Mexico, mucho menos las direcciones, me envió por una ruta que me metió en riesgo, lo tuve que apagar y utilizar google maps, la peor compra que he hecho en amazon

The attachment you put on the back of the ĜPS doesn’t clip into place in the 2 slots on one side and one slot on the other. The slots are way too shallow so I haven’t been able to set the GPS set up on the dash or the vents. Please advise.

El aparato no sirve para guiar al destino elegido. Se queda sin dar respuesta. Amazon no se responsabiliza por el reembolso del producto, cuesta más dinero enviarlo al vendedor que lo que costó el producto.
No lo compren y tengan cuidaddo con Amazon, son irresponsables con lo que venden.

The gps was very good. Third Navigator that I purchsed over the years. Mounting the device was very difficult as there were no instructions. Could use a little help.

This navigation is so nice, definitely worth it. Images are very clear and has alot of apps and accessories. Brightness withstands even in sunlight or with a flashlight, it isn’t affected at all. I took it out in the daytime and can see clearly in the car. This is a great investment, especially if you drive alot and use your phone. Within fifteen minutes you’ll be wondering how come you didn’t get it sooner!
