I’m loving this PC it’s very fast powering up and performs great.

I ordered this computer as a full tower because I wanted space inside to add a hard drive. Before it was sent out, the company offered me an upgrade. I declined, since I wanted the full tower for the space. Two weeks later, I received my new (SFF) small form factor computer. The first thing I did was open it to find there is an empty full size bay for an additional hard drive, along with the power and data cables. Nice! This computer is apparently new, not refurbished, for the same price. The first problem I had with installation was using a 28 inch Visio TV as a monitor for setup. The picture jiggled so badly I couldn’t continue. My solution was to place the new computer in its permanent setup with a regular monitor and attach the old one to the TV. The included cordless keyboard is slightly warped, so typing is difficult. I know I could fix it with a piece of cardboard, but I chose not to. It has no on/off switch. The mouse is the type with no on/off button and has to be clicked if it is left for more than 2 minutes or so. Be careful where the cursor is when you wake it! Both the keyboard and mouse have a common nub that plugs into a USB port. Windows 11 is another long story, and would only drag down the quality of this hardware.

I ordered a Dell OptiPlex 7070 SFF, but the seller reach out to ask if I would like the Dell Precision 3431 SFF instead for the same price and the same specs. I later realized that the the Precision is a superior computer, and it arrived 4 days in advance.
The Precision arrived in good shape and well-protected, and is working smoothly. I love this deal with TekRefurbs and hope they will remain professional and flexible.
Regards.

I needed to switch from Windows 10 to 11. this computer is surprisingly good quality, easy to set up and fast. not the fastest, but runs my CAD programs effortlessly. Very glad I got this.

I was not sent proper accessories for VGA setup and the HDMI connection from the monitor to the PC was very difficult to understand.
I also had to purchase a HDMI splitter to project the monitor to tv screen, however PC preforms very well so far. there was no handbook for trouble shooting or how to register product. Can you send an adapter to connect to the VGA from the monitor to connect to a HDMI input to connect into the splitter? So, I can project video to a big screen? Both screens at the same time.

computer works great but the keyboard didn’t work

Turned on the computer and everything worked great…until it didn’t.
Finished setting it up, getting all my accounts on there, then hit shut down. Came back and turned it on, powered on for two seconds then popped off. Fan would turn on with power supply light then pop nothing. Also, the whole outside of the computer was spray painted matte black and they oversprayed onto the back parts and over the power button. Waste of time.
