Purchased this as a gift and he loves it! The phone charges while in the holder and stays in place like it was designed to do. It adjusts for various sizes of phones. Easy to install, easy to use!

I love this item period. Easy to setup and works as expected. Very well built item. Comes with 2 options for the fit and to hold your phone. You can use the included vent mount which is the quickest option. It also comes with a stand which has adhesive and you attach it to your dash somewhere else besides the vents. This is a more permanent option. You can buy a replacement adhesive pad if you get a new vehicle. The color is a nice gloss black so it blends with most interiors.
I like how the wireless function works. Once you install the visor clip, you use the included usbc to usb cable to plug into either a usb port or charger of some sorts in your vehicle. Thats how the wireless charger actually powers itself. Then you simply place your phone on the mount and the motorized function closes around your phone automatically and starts to charge. Nothing more to do. Once your ready to exit the vehicle or remove the phone from the mount you just push the button on the side of the mount and it releases the phone.
I love this so much I bought my wife one for her jeep as well!

I’m extremely satisfied with the CHGeek Wireless Car Charger, 15W Fast Charging Auto Clamping. The quality is excellent, and it was simple to set up and install. I tested the vent clip, which worked well, but I prefer using the suction cup—it has a strong grip and stays securely in place. I also love the convenient one-press mechanism for easy phone removal. The charging speed is impressive, and while you can upgrade to a faster charging cord for even quicker results, this works perfectly for me. Definitely worth the money—my son now wants one too, as he finds it far better than his current charger. If you’re looking for quality, performance, and affordability, I highly recommend it!

After purchasing cheaper identical model, returning and purchasing this model I thought oh no not again, identical packaging, same model number, but alas, must be the upgraded model and charges near identical speed as my 15 watt desktop charger.
Also DOES RELEASE EVEN WHEN IGNITION OFF unlike the cheaper model.
Also using flip case, with the case flipped open and around the back of phone, so double layered cover still charges without an issue.

Used with Samsung S24 Ultra in Tactical Manly Man (very manly) big chungus case.
I was reluctantly persuaded to upgrade to one of these modern mobile phones, I’m not into modern things but I appreciate it when something is well designed and genuinely makes your life better.
As my old phone cradle no longer fitted my new oversized chunk of modern tech, I was forced to get this new item… and, this is one of those things that despite being essentially, a humble phone cradle, makes your life better.
First things first. The sucker is one of these new gel type affairs that not only “glues itself” temporarily to your glass, but has a lever which increases the suction force (it also comes with a vent clamp). Next, the arm is substantial and very adjustable. Not only is the S24 heavy, but the very manly man (did I mention, it was manly?) tactical case adds weight and size to the whole affair. The arm doesn’t move, even over bumpy tracks and the clamp fits well around the case.
Now, I’ve saved the best bits for last…
The clamp. It’s motorised!!! You place your phone (in it’s manly case) in the cradle and not only does it charge wirelessly, the clamp automatically grips your phone in a loving yet firm caress!!! The fit is fantastic!! With a press of the well located buttons, your phone is released from it’s temporary home, back into your loving hand.
It’s a really good bit of kit. For something as simple as a phone cradle, it exceeds expectations and does it despite asking a bit too much of it, really. Well worth the money.

It worked great when I first received it just like it was described. However, after 2 months in use, it doesn’t work at all, as a matter of fact, now it drains the battery. By the way, the air vent install method is worthless. very insecure & it flops a lot. As a matter of fact the bracket broke off the first day I installed it. The suction cup works great. I sent a comment to the seller about the issues 2 weeks ago but as of this writing, I have not heard anything. I am going to order another one to try it again to see how long it will last. Stay tuned!
UPDATE: 02/24/2025
The seller did reach out to me and offered to send me a new replacement charger. I accepted the offer. I received the new charger within 5 days. I was impressed. It is really a good charger and it works like advertised. Therefore I am changing the rating from 3 stars to 5 stars.
