I’m not usually into using moisturizer all over my body, but this belly butter is an exception. One of the main reasons I’ve been reluctant to use most moisturizers is because of their greasy feel, but this belly butter is different—it absorbs quickly and leaves my skin feeling soft and hydrated without any sticky residue. It’s also unscented, which is a huge plus for me since some scents and fragrances have made me feel nauseous during pregnancy.
I was really worried about getting stretch marks, especially since I’m already close to plus-size and six months pregnant. After some research, I decided to try this affordable belly butter, and so far, I haven’t gotten any stretch marks! It’s been great at keeping my skin smooth and moisturized.
I’m giving it 4 stars for now—still got a few months of pregnancy left, so I’ll update once I finish the whole tub. But so far, I’m really happy with it!

Loving this belly butter!! Recommended from a friend and I love Burt’s Bees so definitely was excited to give it a try. Been using it since I found out I was pregnant and am very happy! Currently 22 weeks and no stretch marks yet. Nice thickness and doesn’t come off on my clothes.

Burt’s Bees Mama Belly Butter has turned my wife’s belly into the softest, smoothest surface known to man. Seriously, I’ve felt clouds that were rougher. I knew pregnancy would come with a lot of changes, but I didn’t expect her skin to feel like it was blessed by the skincare gods.
Every night, she slathers on this magical butter, and it’s like watching a transformation in real-time. Her belly has gone from slightly itchy to “please, can I touch it again?” soft. I’ve started calling it the 8th Wonder of the World, and I wouldn’t be surprised if tourists started showing up to admire it. 😄
The scent is mild and pleasant, perfect for someone with a super-sensitive nose, and the cream absorbs quickly without leaving a greasy residue. My wife loves it, and I love that she’s happy and comfortable. Plus, no new stretch marks in sight, and the old ones are fading like they know they’ve met their match.

This is literally the only thing that kept me from scratching the skin off my bump. I used about three or four jars over the course of the nine months- it smells great, isn’t greasy, and goes on easily. It is a little thick (hence it being body butter and not lotion), but it kept my bump moisturized. I would spend as much as Burt’s Bees wanted for this.

My wife is very mindful of what goes into many of the cosmetics and creams you see on the shelves.
She’s a big fan of Tropics but after a little convincing, she agreed to try this. MUCH cheaper than Tropics but equally as good and as pure.
Would recommend.

I started using this around 6 months pregnant. It’s lasted me three months for one tub. The scent is very mild (I’m very sensitive to fragrance). I layer this first, then apply a layer of the Burts Bees Mama lemon oil on top. Massage in for about 20-30 seconds. My belly feels so soft all the time, I’ve had no break-outs, and no stretch marks (currently 4 days from 40 weeks). I would 100% recommend!

Review by subhash wife: I have been using it for months now. It’s almost empty.. really moisturising.. remains throughout the day and prevents itchiness.. did not find any reduction in my scars so can’t comment on that.. but I loved the product for the way my stretched abdominal skin feels. Will be buying more.

This has lasted me most of my pregnancy! I’m about 37 weeks and still haven’t seen any stretch marks so far. It leaves my belly feeling moisturized but not greasy. There isn’t much of a smell but I still really like it!
