Really nice quality radio for the price

Just bought this radio to replace a pioneer that had seen better days. Out of the box: beautiful, looks promising, BLUETOOTH, aux, & radio. That’s about all the good. Got my old radio out of my explorer took out the housing, crimped on the car wiring harness onto the stereo harness, reassembled my dash and turned on… with half a screen. Couldn’t read what station it was on the menu was impossible to navigate but somehow I managed to get to the Bluetooth input and works great so I left it. Sounds okay compared to the old one I pulled out basically got this one as a cheaper fix seeing financials weren’t ready for a higher end radio. After a couple hours after installation gotta run to the store and magically the screen is working completely…relief. Yea until I turned the car off and went to work the next morning and now it looks like something from the matrix. So let’s just say this is really annoying to deal with but whatever it works with Bluetooth and sounds bareable until I can get a new pioneer. Now to the housing mount. The housing mount didn’t fit properly. Got it in the slot and engaged the holding tabs and no matter which tabs where out the housing rattled and bounced. Jimmy rigged it for now but then I slide the radio in and it refuses to lock into the housing so now if I push on the radio even a little the dash got a snack. Then you better not try to move it until it’s been off for a while cause it’s hot. Very hot.
All in all don’t expect a high end radio. $30 great for a home DIY Bluetooth Speaker or a cheap car which just needs a working radio but not impress any one. Needless to say but I’ll never buy boss again and I’ll be getting yet another radio is short times notice.

La verdad muy buen estereo, excelente relación calidad/precio. En cuanto a opciones viene muy simple. El color a azul de los LED brilla mucho, pero yo no tengo problema con eso. El sonido lo reproduce con claridad. No sé persiven distorsiones. El EQ solo permite modificar bajos y agudos, por lo que los medios derrepente pasan un poco desapercibidos. Pero si usas x medio de celular ahí puedes acomodar.
En general muy buen equipo por lo que pagas.

No es carátula removible por lo que ahí q tener cuidado con las ratas. Alarma o algo x el estilo. Lo digo x experiencia propia. Ya me andaban abriendo el coche

It works that’s about the only good thing I can’t say. Sound quality is very low and the most annoying thing is you can not make the clock the default display plus the clock loses a min a week so you are constantly fixing the time. My recommendation is find a different deck.

Excellent head unit for the price, great unit at any price. Replaced a Sony that we’ve had in our wrangler for about 10 years. This sounds clearer, has more power, bluetooth pairing for streaming, and usb charging. This works great for everything I want it to do. The usb wont stream music from my android, but it does charge the phone. The blue tooth is easy to set up and works great, even for playing music from streaming services. I have a rhapsody/napster account and the streaming works great and it will advance and rewind songs on my playlist from the controls, which is great since i live in a state that has handsfree laws for driving. This has a good amount of power and if you have decent speakers it puts out good sounding music that is loud enough to hear at highway speed. Just to be specific, I can still hear my songs in a wrangler with the top and doors off with a set of 33 mud terrains humming along. It has handsfree calling that works great if i’m stopped, nothing is going to work for making phone calls while driving the jeep. Easy to install with the proper wiring kit, and very easy to figure out the buttons and functions. I am very impressed with this unit

Bought this to put a small Bluetooth stereo in my 1967 Fairlane, without removing the factory radio. Advertised as “small” and it sure is. Easy set up and the Bluetooth works well. Fit easily inside my glovebox with plenty of room to spare.

I had used this ona party barge and it seems to work perfectly, catches a ton of stations if get a small antenna, really good tuning you can do without much effort. super user friendly.

The microphone does not work well and I have to disconnect my bluetooth in order to take a call thereby defeating the purpose of it. I can stream music from my phone to the stereo well via bluetooth but it is awful if an aux cord is used. The radio works well and I am quite happy with it.

This radio is awesome! I bought one to replace my cars factory radio almost 2 years ago. That one still works perfectly fine. Buttons were rubbing off a little and maybe LEDs got a little dim but that was it. I liked this radio so much I got another for my 01 Ranger and don’t regret it. It has everything anyone would need on a basic stereo. The new one was a bit different, with the new push-to-talk feature that I do not use but it’s nice to know they are still continuing this product and updating it with time. Now, would I buy this product again if I need another vehicle radio / stereo? Yes I would, BUT at the time I got them both for roughly $40. Now looks like it is $60. You could purchase a better stereo for $60 because that is really pushing it with this thing, but it is a good radio. If the price goes back down I will buy again without hesitation if another project comes to hand.

el estéreo esa dentro de una calidad buena , ya que tiene la suficiente potencia para escucharse bien y que no exceda la potencia a las bocinas del coche, el bluetooth funciona esta bien , solo en ocasiones se paraliza el estéreo al terminar la llamada, deja de responder todas las demás funciones,y se tiene que resetear pero es valido respecto al precio.
