So, this worked flawlessly and easily to play something Bluetooth from my phone, and sound it out through an auxiliary jack. I did try to use it to play audio on a speaker for a projector playing a movie, and there was enough input lag to notice it, so unfortunately mixing bluetooth audio with realtime video did not work out. In this defense, it is cheaply priced, and it does what it’s intended to do. If you have a car with an aux jack and no bluetooth, this type of thing is what you need to play your tunes.

I ordered this because my truck is at the age, where it has Bluetooth, but it only works for phone calls, and I can’t stream music. The truck does have an Aux. in port, so this works well because it works with what I already have, and makes it easy to stream music in the car. The downsides that I have found though are that if I get a phone call while driving I can’t take it on the built in system in the truck, which has a much better microphone, and allows me to control the phone through the steering wheel controls. This isn’t a huge issue for me because I only get a call while I’m driving maybe once every couple of months. The bigger issue I’ve found is that since this doesn’t connect to the vehicle in a way that it can tell when the truck is running or not, you have to turn it on and off every time you use the vehicle. This doesn’t seem like a big deal, but I always forget to turn it off, which means while I’m in my house, my phone stays connected to this unit, and so I don’t realize I am getting messages or calls. Again, not a huge issue for me since I don’t get tons of messages or calls, but for someone who uses their phone a lot this could get really annoying or confusing, as to why your phone doesn’t have any audio.

This bluetooth transmitter is perfect for our old discman CD player for in the car. We have a huge library of CDs and cassettes, this way we can still enjoy them in the car.

So far, so good! The instructions are easy to follow to set it up, and I haven’t had any issues with connection or sound quality since I’ve started using it. While the cord is definitely short, I think it ultimately helps save the trouble of figuring out what to do with the extra length, especially since I only use it in the car.

I bought this to plug into my very old PC speakers that uses the aux plug, with this device I use a coupler to make a complete connection and now I can use my phone to play music to it. Basically I turned my old speakers into a bluetooth speakers.

I have mobile phones that no longer what that wire aux speaker plug, but I don’t want to buy new bluetooth speakers so I bought this instead and turned any old speakers system to a bluetooth speaker and it work great.

However the battery don’t last over a day, after one day it drained to like 10% left and I have recharge, and now I recharge everyday like charging your phone daily. Alternatively you could potentially keep it plug in and not have to worry about using the battery. Very easy to use, it has voice announcer telling you if battery is low or charging or bluetooth connectivity.

Needed an adapter so I could use my airpods on the plane’s tv. These worked great! No static! Battery has not ran out yet!

Small in size so it’s easy to pack

When I received it I tried turning it on. It did not work. I charged it using the provided cable. It did not work.

I recently took a road trip in a company vehicle that I knew was too old to have carplay, so I got this. It made the trip a lot nicer since I could play music through the car speakers from my phone.

It has a battery and so needs to be charged, but the batter lasts a long time so no biggie.

It is light enough that you just plug it in to the aux jack on the car and let it hang there.

It was simple to connect to it via bluetooth from my phone, and never gave me any issues. It paired pretty quickly each time I turned it on. I did have to remember to turn it off since it is not tied to the car’s power.

I did not try making phone calls and mostly used the controls on my phone, but it does have a mic and a few basic controls that you can use right from the device for music control. Nice to have I suppose even if I didn’t use it.

Overall worth buying even if it was just for a single trip! Better sound quality than an FM transmitter.
