   Not a bad little speaker. Also has the white noise settings. Worked as advertised.

   The speaker sounded great until the battery ran out. Then I tried to charge it using the USB port, and no charging indicator light came on, and it did not charge.
   I left it plugged in for a few hours, but when I tried to turn it on it again announced “low battery.”
   I changed the charging cable, and then I changed the charger. Still no luck getting it to play. I took it to a different location and plugged into a different plug. None of that helped.

   I went back to the Amazon product page, and clicked on the button where it said product support. When I clicked on the support button for the speaker, it took me to a page that said something like “self troubleshooting.” No help!

   Unfortunately, I bought four of these to give to my family for Christmas. We have not yet gotten together to celebrate Christmas and I don’t know whether the ones I was going to give them are going to have the same problem. And of course the return period has passed.

   I purchased this for an elderly friend who absolutely loves it! It’s very convenient to put it on the stand and the sound is very clear. I got a couple for my own family to use, especially on the office desk and bedside.
