None of the high arc Hansgrohe kitchen faucets have a flow rate of 2.2
This web site is in error. Max is 1.75 flow rate

Absolutely worth the price. Quality product and the design is clean and modern. Was worried about the handle but is easy to use.

I wish these things didn’t have to be so pricey, but it’s clear why they are. It’s an outstanding faucet in both design and quality. Typical German engineering paired with opinionated design choices. It’s sad how spending less will get you dramatically less quality. I love using it as well as looking at it. The laminar flow might not be for everyone, it looks and feels great. But I’m a light kitchen user, and I think the spray mode would be the only way to do a lot of dishes effectively.

The joystick control looks sleek and modern but water, soap, debris etc. will drip down from your hand and on to the joystick. Over time the movement of the joystick can get sticky from this and is no longer a joy to maneuver.

This item met my expectations. I was looking for great design and quality, at the right price. It is a beautifully finished and well-functioning product. Note that it does not meet Australian plumbing standards but it was a relatively easy fix to have 1/2″ BSP (i.e. the Australia and rest-of-the world standard) end fittings (tap connectors) professionally installed as replacements for the 3/8″ fittings that come as standard with this item.

Very high quality compared to the 5 year old Kohler fixure it replaced. Besides being great looking (and feeling), everything about this is better built, even the way the water flows is nicer, more of a true, quiet flow then overly aerated. Easy to install, the instructions are not great but it didn’t take long to figure it out the pre-installation assembly. It takes only 4 hand tools to install this fixture. A phillips screwdriver, a flat head screwdriver, a 16mm open end wrench and a 9mm open end wrench.
I tried to buy this from one of my local plumbing supply companies but their snotty attitude and the fact that it would take longer to get from them then it did from Amazon using free shipping option. I never got far enough with them to even ask their price but i’m sure I saved a bunch too.

After installing our faucet we duscovered that the lever works backwards, i.e. need to move it up to close the water. It’s really inconvenient and counterintuitive. Called Axor service, after one hour wait was told hat it’s not right and that somebody will get back to me on how to fix it. Two weeks later, still no response. Two stars for a solid build and good-looking design.

Beautiful and functional faucet. Question remains: why doesn’t the faucet have an aerator? Water runs in a sold stream only or you can switch to spray.

Beautiful faucet, it really dresses up the whole kitchen and looks very substantial. It’s easy and really pleasant to use with the ball bearing handle. I noticed it splashes a little because the faucet is tall, but you get used it. To reduce the splashing, you just put your hands or dishes lower down. The pull down and sprayer work well, everything feels like super high quality.
