We have owned this for about 4 months.This faucet is very well made the controls are so smooth! I love the fact that it does not aerate the water. Yes it splashes more on full blast, so I turn it down some, and when you want a high volume of water like when you are filling pots of water and cleaning out the sink it’s great. The magnetic pull between the spray head and the body of the faucet is just right. As my wife would tell you I am very picky and while I wanted a pre-wash faucet to start with, the quality and functionality of this one has won me over. The only thing I would change would be that the spray pattern is too tight, around the diameter of a golf ball. I would prefer it to be the size of a tennis ball. Still, I would highly recommend this!!
Oh, and my 13 year old daughter installed this by herself with only some verbal guidance by me – her dad. I removed the old faucet and it took her about 45 minutes to install the new one.

The best faucet out there! I saw this for $720 at Pacific Sales, got it here for $500. This faucet never stops being awesome! The entire design was so well thought out for daily use and function! My foodie friends come over and just gush about how pretty and well it works! I LOVE the fact it doesn’t have an aeration making the stream so effective I rarely use the spray function b/c the reg stream is so powerful yet not overly done either. I LOVE this faucet! Had it a couple months now and it just keeps getting more fun to use!

Solid quality. Laminar water flow is what you didn’t know you always wanted. Clean design, well thought out controls. It is Hansgrohe – no surprise on how well is performs. This will no doubt hold up well over time, both in terms of function and form.

I am VERY disappointed with this faucet and with Hansgrohe. We bought and installed this faucet just recently. The faucet is very attractive and our only complaint at this time is that the water comes out like a jet and splashes EVERYWHERE in our deep sink. There is no aerator in the faucet so it does not mix ANY air in with the water when it is in the non-stream mode. I called Hansgrohe figuring they would take care of the problem for me. I am totally shocked by their response. They told me to buy a $10 part online to fix the problem. Seriously? I just spent $500 on a kitchen faucet and you’re not going to send me a part that costs you $1 to make sure i’m a happy customer. I am very disappointed.
