This GPS navigation system with a huge 9 inch touchscreen is a dream to use. I can’t see myself getting lost or misdirected like when I use the waze application. That is so frustrating.
That is no longer and issue with this navigation device. I’ve used it in my local area. Going to Travis AFB which I know by heart. The on-screen directions and voice over was a pleasure. Can hardly wait to use it on a long road trip like to Santa Barbara or perhaps Luke AFB in Arizona.
I’m happy that Amazon had this device for sale. It has turned out to be a winner all around. A happy customer.

screen is large and when working the picture crystal clear . voice is easy to understand . directions took a long time to figure out but we managed to do it . biggest complaint/issue is the base , when you place the screen onto the base it falls off ,we had to tape the base to the dash board and if you want to put it away after you use it you have to retape every time . itis well made , well packaged but the base is a huge issue

I am not tech savvy so it was not that easy to figure out right away but very happy with it and especially for the price.
It is very reliable with roads and detours, even lets you know when you are over the speed limit which is perfect for when you miss this speed limit signs 🙂

I tried the system for 24 hours. I used for an out of town trip and local driving. Perhaps I have become accustomed to cellphone GPS- the system did not recognize roads and didn’t provide the fastest route although this was my setting. I have a 13 hour drive in October and purchased this system to give my cell a rest. I will not be using it because I am not confident it will provide the directions needed to arrive safely. Returning the product. On a plus- I love the big screen, voice selection and ease of use.

The GPS navigation is working well, however, unfortunately I received this product when the on/off button doesn’t work it turns on only when it plugged in and can turn off from the screen but the button is completely disconnected and not working. Was not expecting this from a new product.

It is very simple to set up and go. Routes offered seem to be good ones. I like the big, bright screen, the clear text, and warnings are announced well in advance. At least for me, it is better than phone GPS, as it works in the rural areas where I live, and where phone connection might be unreliable at times.
The only downside I see so far is that the paper instruction manual leaves a bit to be desired; a large magnifying glass is needed for senior eyes to see the text.
I am not sure about the included software. I have not tried to use any of that yet.
It successfully got me around in Scranton, PA, which is no small feat; I don’t know if they know what visible street signs are in some sections of that town.

This GPS failed on the most important thing: giving driving directions. It tried to send me at least 75 miles out of my way, and insisted on these directions even after I chose the correct route, i.e. “do a u-turn.” This went on for MILES. (I knew the proper direction because I had driven this route before.) It also went off multiple times while I used it.
