El producto se desprende fácilmente, no soporta el peso del celular.
Al pasar un bache o un empedrado se desprende sin que tenga el celular.
El calor genera que se vuelva más débil su succión y por tanto, se cae con mayor facilidad.
En conclusión, técnicamente el producto no es conveniente y por ello solicité la devolución.

So far this car mount is awesome! I got the one that mounts to the window with a magnet to hold the phone. It comes with a super-thin metal piece that is held between the phone and its protective case so that the magnet can hold the phone properly in place. (Be forewarned that if you don’t use a protective case on your phone then this design is probably not for you.) The magnet is stronger than I thought it might be. I love not having to deal with the clasping arms which would normally require using two hands to remove the phone from its mount. This is great because with one swipe of my hand I can grab my phone in a hurry out of the car without feeling like I’m going to rip the mount off the window. The suction cup is also SUPER sticky and holds tightly to the window. There is actually a sticky gel surface on the suction cup itself that makes it adhere to the window so much so that when I tried to move it to a different spot on the window it was a challenge to remove! I was weirded out at first by using a magnet near my phone. (Wasn’t it just a few years ago that we were taught to keep all magnets away from electronics? Apparently technology has changed and I’m out of the loop? Seems that way. lol) Overall, I would definitely recommend this mount! Super convenient, strong hold, and reasonable price.

Was researching a phone mount for an ’04 4Runner and did not want a vent clip. Got my solution from a Lyft driver. Such a simple design and affordable solution with quality parts! I put the magnet between my phone and case, avoiding the need for the permanent sticker. Placed the suction cup on the windshield just to the right of the driver side A pillar (and fairly low on the windshield), which doesn’t obstruct my driving view yet is easy to see the phone. A strong, high quality suction cup (I have shower items that could use this strong of a suction cup). Removed it to make a slight location adjustment, then re-placed it and locked it down with the lock arm. Perfect! Lots of swivel/rotation for adjustments once it’s in place. The magnet is just right, not too strong/weak. I won’t miss calls while driving any more, and will be able to see driving directions without taking my eyes off the road. Thx TechMatte!

I have purchased 6 of these and they work perfectly. I was looking for something magnetic that I could attach/detach my phone easily without having to close/open jaws to hold my phone. The 2 provided sheets of metal work perfectly between my phone and the case. The magnet attaches through my case to hold my phone securely in place. The suction cup on this has a sticky film that helps the cup attach easily and stay on most flat surfaces.
Now for why I only gave it 2 stars: This item would be perfect if it lasted more than 4 months. I bought 6 of these and 2 already broke and the 3rd one, the sticky film on the cup became yellow and gummy. When I tried removing it from the window, the sticky film got stuck on the glass and released off of the cup. The other 2, the stem that goes on the auction cup is made of plastic it hold on the magnetic piece with a metal dowel. After a while being secured to the window, the dowel pulls through the plastic piece and it falls apart. Once that happens, the unit is worthless.
If it wasn’t for it breaking, this would be worth a whole lot more.

I was contacted by Techmate and they offered me replacements for my broken items. They offered me replacements and asked how many I wanted, they did not say, “We’ll replace the damaged ones” they asked me how many I needed to make me happy. I asked for 3 to replace the damaged ones but was made to feel that they would send me more free of charge to make up for the trouble I had experienced.
I raised my rating to only 4 stars Because I now know that it can break at that point, I am expecting others might break but at $8.00, it is well worth the risk for the money spent.
I give 5 stars for their customer service and if these last, I will update to 5 stars.

THE best phone mount I have ever used! I’m using a Nexus 6P and have the large rectangular metal plate placed between the phone and a case since you can’t open up a 6P because of it’s uni-body design. I’ve used a couple different kinds of phone mounts in the past and this one has the best execution. The mount sticks to the windshield quite strongly. So strong I had a little trouble peeling it off the windshield to move it to a different spot. Speaking of spots, not being restricted with the few air vents your car provides or your CD drive is one benefit of having it on the windshield. The phone is higher up and in your line of sight so I can very quickly glance at my phone’s GPS to see where my next turn is. If you have a car charger, you can have the phone mounted to a spot where the cable from the charger can reach the phone more easily (and possibly create less of a cable mess). Wanted a air vent-mounted mount because it also cools your phone? Just have your car’s vent set to the windshield setting (usually used to defrost), make sure it’s set on a cool temperature and now you and your phone can both enjoy the benefits of your vehicle’s HVAC system! This mount makes getting in and out of my car so much easier because I can just yank it off or slap it on in one smooth motion (my phone of course, not the mount, the suction cup is VERY strong). Bottom line, this is probably THE best option out there!
