I am very impressed with the technology that this lock offers. I like the different access options, that allow you to unlock the for without having to get a key out, make sure your hands are available, or if your glasses are on. It’s nice to have different ways to get inside your business when you’re hands might be full. I like the tracking on this also. Letting you know who is getting to work on time, unlocking the door if you aren’t in the front and can see in person who it is but still need to let them in, you can just check the app and then buzz them inside. I really like this and have told several other so owners about it. It was somewhat difficult to install but only because we had to drill another door hole to allow for the deadbolt. But other than that it was easy. You have to have internet access so it might not work for everybody but it’s perfect for out for.

Very nice looking unit, with no installation instructions at all. They only offer is a 5 minutes fake installation video with not voice explanation…

Ok, I’ll be honest, when I got this I didn’t realize how big it would be. And, it’s not even how big it is in terms of width and height, bu, instead, how thick it is. It is set up to be mounted on the door and it is so think that my storm door won’t close. I am going to have to figure out how to deal with that before installation.
In terms of the features on this, I love how many ways there are to use it (fingerprint, key, eye reading, passcode, video capture, etc). There is truly no way a home owner can get stuck outside, unless they want to claim to be stuck. It is a pretty impressive door handle. It is heavy too, so don’t think you’re getting a flimsy piece.
I am very excited to install this (once I figure out the storm door issue).

We just opened up our own small business, selling little gadgets and wanted something that would be easy to install and set up and use. This was much bigger than I anticipated it, there is a description of the size and weight but this is much bigger than I thought it would be and looks very official. I hope that the size and the intricately of this will deter any burglars from trying to get in our store. The alarm sounds after several failed attempts to enter, my neices keep trying it and yes, the alarm, is horribly loud. Which is a good thing but not when they are just trying! We had our door guy install extra metal plates in the door frame so that it’s reinforced too. The functionality of this and allowing several people to be recorded to enter and that you can open it from the app to allow Amazon and ups drivers to put packages inside which can prevent theft and then getting ruined if left out in the weather. The install was harder for me personally only because I don’t install locks on a regular basis bur following the instructions made it a little easier, connecting the apps were easy which sometimes is hard to connect which can be frustrating and makes you want to throw up your hands but after the initial setup I haven’t had any problems. Just be patient if your not great with technology, it can make you want to pull your hair out. Also, I think that even though you can install this on any type door, installing this on a hollow wooden door would be too much. This is really idea for storefront doors, or heavy metal doors, in my opinion, it’s heavy and made of solid heavy material.
